1. Name of the Post: Junior Engineer (Civil) (S-3)

No.of Posts: 60 (UR-29, SC-9, ST-6, OBC (NCL)-8, EWS-8 (Including 3 Posts of PWBD)

Salary Details: Rs. 27,270 /-

Age Limit: 28 Years. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC / ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC / ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWDs)

Educational Qualification: Three years full-time Diploma in Civil Engineering from Govt. recognized Institute / University with 60% aggregate marks.

2. Name of the Post: Junior Engineer (Electrical) (S-3)

No.of Posts: 20 (UR-9, SC-3, OBC (NCL)-6, EWS-2 (Including 01 Posts of PWBD)

Salary Details: Rs. 27,270 /-

Age Limit: 28 Years. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC / ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC / ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWDs)

3. Name of the Post: Dy. General Manager (Civil) (E-4)

No.of Posts: 1 (ST)

Salary Details: Rs. 70,000 – 2,00,000

Age Limit: 46 Years. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC / ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC / ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWDs)

Educational Qualification: Full-time Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from Govt. a recognized Institute / University with 60% aggregate marks.

Essential Post Qualification Experience: Total 9 years of relevant experience in the field of PMC / EPC / Real Estate / Infrastructure. Should be Presently Working on a regular basis for a minimum period 0f 2 years experience in one step below the post (E-3) in the scale of pay of Rs. 60,000 – 1,80,000 (IDA) or level 11 Rs. 67,700 – 2,08,700 (CDA).if working in private sector Company / Banks.

The candidate should have relevant experience in construction-related activities. i.e execution / Supervision of construction works involving earthwork, Pilling, road works, RCC works, like deep foundations. the foundation of structures for heavy equipment, structural steelworks for industrial buildings, technological structures and large value civil engineering projects, etc.

The candidate should have handled the contract and closing of projects. knowledge of ISO requirements for Quality Management systems and HSE requirements at project sites will be an added advantage. Alternatively, the candidate should have experience in design, and coordination with various agencies involved like clients, consultants, contractors, Estimation, Tendering, Rate analysis, Contract Management of Constructions Projects, etc. knowledge of CPWD conditions of contract and specifications will be an added advantage.

Candidates having proficiency in the use of computers will be preferred.

Selection Process :

Junior Engineer: The selection criteria will be by way of written Tests only. The decision of NBCC will be final in this regard.

Dy. General Manager: The selection criteria will be by way of personal interview only. The selection criteria may change depending on the response received against the said post. The decision of NBCC will be final in this regard.

Applicants / Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable amount of Rs. 500/- for the post.

SC, ST, PWD & Departmental candidates are exempted from payment of the application fee.
