1. Name of the Post: Lower Division Clerk (LDC) / Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA)
Salary Details: pay Level – 2 (Rs. 19,900 -63,200 /-)
Age Limit: 18 – 27 years. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC / ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC / ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWDs), and for EX-SM as per Govt. of India rules.

SSC CHSL Selection Process 2022 :
SSC CHSL may follow the following process to select the candidates.
- Computer-Based Examination (Tier -I) & Computer-Based Examination (Tier-II)
- Skill Test / Typing Test & Document Verification (DV)
Exam Centre in Tamilnadu :
- Chennai, Coimbatore, Krishnagiri, Madurai, Salem, Tiruchirappalli, Tirunelveli, Vellore & Puducherry.
Application Fee / Exam Fee for SSC CHSL Recruitment 2022
- Fee payable: Rs. 100/- (Rs. One Hundred Only)
- Women Candidates and Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PWBD), and EX- Servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of fees.
- Fee can be paid online through BHIM UPI, Net Banking or by using Visa, Master Card, Maestro Card, Rupay Credit or Debit Cards or in Cash at SBI Branches by generating SBI Challen.
- Online fee can be paid by candidates up to 05.01.2023 (23:00 Hours), However, Candidates who wish to make cash payments in cash at the Branches of SBI within the working hours of bank up to 06-01-2023 provided the challen has been generated by them before 04-01-2023 (23:00 Hours).
