1. Name of the Post: Station Officer

No.of Posts: 05

Salary Details: Level-5

Age Limit: 20 to 27 years. Candidate’s Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules.

Educational Qualification :

A Degree from a recognized University (Preferably in Chemistry).

2. Name of the Post: Fireman

No.of Posts: 58

Salary Details: Level-2

Age Limit: 18 to 24 years. Candidate’s Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules.

Educational Qualification :

A Pass in Standard 10+2 or it’s equivalent.

3. Name of the Post: Fireman Driver

No.of Posts: 12

Salary Details: Level-2

Age Limit: 20 to 32 years. Candidate’s Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules.

Educational Qualification :

Should have passed S.S.L.C. (X std) or its equivalent. Should possess a valid Heavy Motor Vehicle Driving Licence.

Selection Process in Puducherry Fireman Recruitment 2o22

The Selection for the posts shall be made on the basis of physical Measurements/Physical Efficiency Test/Competency Test/ Written Test. Candidates who pass the written Test shall undergo a medical examination. A list of candidates will be provisionally shortlisted from the merit list based on the marks obtained by the applicants in the Written Test.
